Hi, we have prestashop version 1.6.1.6, After set everything still we are getting slow speed we have installed jpresta page cache module also to improve the page speed also. and we have the High availability AWS configuration, But nothing helps to improve the performance. here I have enclosed the performance settings screenshot and screenshots In developer mode. Please help us and give suggestion to improve the performance.

am using Prestashop version 1.6.1.6, from my website When I order first time email sending without any problem, I got Order confirmation email and Order status email, When I Order second time with in 5 minutes Order page take around one and half minutes to redirect to confirm page, When I remove the order confirmation email from coding, its redirects order confirmation page soon. I think problem with Order confimation email sending. But When I order first time its working next time only I got this problem. When I try to Order from Other system browser same thing happening first time its loaded quickly and send order confirmation email. when I Order second time its gets time to redirect order confirmation page, some times sending confirmation email some times not. I dont know how to figure out the Problem. am using SMTP to send emails, I changed to send emails options with PHPs mail option But email not sending. in SMTP option only sending emails.

Thanks for quick replys. Just I figured out this error happening in safari browser also. But other browsers working fine. I tested with incognito windows also. only happening in safari and iphones. is there any way to find the problem with safari browser.

I dont want to update the prestashop now, because I made lots of changes in it. But it was working fine last week. this week when I test something its happening. I did not install any modules in last two weeks.

In my prestashop website after login when I refresh or go to another page its gets automatically logged out. this strange happening on iphone mobiles only. working fine in other mobiles and desktop. I dont know what is exact problem. please anyone help me to fix this issue. am using prestashop 1.6.1.6 version.

I already renamed the cache file its created new cache file I cleared the cache and cookies in browser and tried that too, I tried with incognito window also. we does not using external cache what I need to do ?

Hi, am running prestashop 1.6.1.6 and I have updated my PHP version from 5.5 to 5.6 after Update front end is working fine, But admin showing blank screen. I enabled error log also But not showing any error. Please help me to fix this.
