I am sure I am missing something here. Shop Name is 'Pink Ladybird' and I have checked that under Preferences < Store Contacts HOWEVER the name Hazlo Clothing appears in the top horizontal menu module (as attached) can anyone advise how I can change this to PINK LADYBIRD

Hi all... I have changed the size of the boxes on the theme configuration and set to xs-3 (25%) on my dummy site everything worked perfectly but now i have uploaded to the main site the 4 boxes align vertically instead of horizontally. www.reesejames.co.uk Any thoughts / fixes?

Hi all.. I have imported products via CSV before but i am am receiving this error on one of the sites. I have tested the file on another site and it imports perfectly. What is causing this specific site to create these errors? I have created a csv file with all product info/attributes etc. I would like to use that file to source to the product images. Is there a way i can upload via ftp all of the images at once and then write the path to the file or do i have to access each product individually?

I would like to add fields into the contact form: i.e Name Email Number Date Qty I have tested by simply changing the 'Order reference' wording to 'Telephone Number' in the contact-form.tpl but nothing seems to change on the front end. Any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong?
