Goedemiddag, Op één van onze shops werken wij met bepaalde producten welke wij op rol in voorraad hebben. Wij verkopen hiervan meters en nog twee kleinere afmetingen welke wij van dezelfde rol halen. Ik kom er echter niet uit hoe ik hiervan de voorraad op orde kan houden. Ik werk nu met diverse afmetingen en kleuren bij één product. Hierbij moet ik dus de voorraad per combinatie bijhouden en dat werkt zo niet. Is er een simpele manier om de voorraad op orde te houden voor alle combinaties. Dus wanneer er bijvoorbeeld een A4 wordt verkocht van een bepaalde kleur, dit ook wordt afgehaald van de andere 2 afmetingen?

Goedenavond allen, Sinds deze week krijg ik klachten dat betalingen via mollie niet goed doorgestuurd worden. ABN verwijst naar Rabo en ING net zo. Reeds contact gehad met Mollie maar die willen alle inloggegevens van m'n backoffice en FTP en daar ben ik niet zo'n fan van. Iemand hier een idee wat dit kan zijn en hoe ik dit op kan lossen? Mollie icm met Wordpress werkt wel prima.

Already solved. Thanks! ​The problem was within the rates, standard was US Dollar and now it's set on EURO and it's working perfect again.

Hi all, Yesterday I've updates PS to 1.6.1.6 and this was already a disaster. Thankfully I am able to login again due to some changes we've made in the PHP file. Unfortunately the update does seem to made some changes. I've got several products in my webshop with different colors/sizes and also a different price. For example; I have a teflon sheet available in 3 different sizes, S, M and L. The S costs 7.50, M 10.50 and L 21.95. Normally you can upgrade the prices of the bigger ones at combinations. Well I did and in the backoffice it says the price will be 10.50 (M) but in my webshop it shows 10.21. What am I doing wrong? Is there an error I need to fix after updating PS?

I'm sure there will be a lot! But unfortunately I do not have a clue what I'm suppose to do so I guess it's better I wait on somebody who does :-). So I am able to login again thanks to my partner who changes something in the PHP file. The update was done well and thankfully pretty urls seems to work for the first time. No only the prices in my webshop do not match wat the backoffice says. So maybe the link you've send will help us with this problem. Thanks!

It doesn't give a notification at all or it say's 'user or password is wrong'. I've tried 'forgot password' and the new password does not work also.

Hi all, I've just updated Prestashop and now I can't log on anymore in the Backoffice. Is there a SIMPLE solution for my problem? I've tried many things but nothing seems to work unfortunately. My website is online. Jessica
