Thank you for your suggestion Prestamax.We have deactivated the module as suggested and activated it again, but it still gives the same error. I received the following message from PS Support but that was of no help.Pablo closed the ticket so I had to create another ticket to try and reach them and to explain it to them again.I would appreciate any help from the community, thank you. We cant access out template via the layered navigation module.We receive the following error. [PrestaShop] Fatal error in module file :/core/www/core_1.6.1.1/Core/Foundation/IoC/Core_Foundation_IoC_Container.php: Allowed memory size of 536870912 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 40 bytes) Prestashop host our shop in thye cloud so we cant access our C Panel.I have send two ticket to cloud support but had no response.We urgently need help as we are loosing revenue. We created our own store and decided to use our own url.Pointed our own URL www.sharwoodsbiketyre.co.za to Prestashop site.Was pointed to Shopify.Now we dont have a website at all but just an error message ."This website has a redirect loop" Would appreciate any assistance as our website is down.
