I don't understand why this has happened. I'm usually so careful when it comes to making changes. This has baffled me. I just need a nudge in the right direction to get me going again. Any help would be appreciated.

Help, My template modifications have disappeared on the front end. It was all there one day and gone the next. Where is it and how do I get it back? I am using the bootstrap theme. My products are visible but everything else is showing the sample pics and text. Do I have to start over and reinstall?
