I have the facebook block enabled and configured with my facebook page yet it will not show on my home page. It is enabled in the "theme configure" and I configured it in there, is there anywhere else where I need to enable it or add it?

I am using default-bootstrap. Yes it is in the right theme its the only theme I have. EDIT: It needed to be changed in the themes/default_bootstrap/lang/en.php file, problem solved.

I changed it in all 4 of those files. Still shows the original text.

Thanks for any help!

I need to know how to change the text in the image below or how to create a text box for people to enter info when ordering services. Note: I can not change it in the translation tab, my max_input_vars is not high enough and my hosting provider can not change it.

I can not change the translations because I can not change my max_input_vars to 1138 or above. So is there any other way?
