We have made the decision to leave prestashop. It's not only about the strange calcution problem we are still facing. It's also the very incomplete CMS and Blog features. Also the complicated frontend module behaviour and a few other minor but in summary very anoying issues. Anyway: thanks for the support! bye.

Unfortunately i do not think so. My view is that it happens under (to me) unknown conditions to customers. They do something that i'am not aware of. I've changed nothing and therefore there is no valid reason why it should do for now and in the future...

I was only able to reproduce that on my own for one single time. But i'a sure that the error showed up in the Last Screen and before any payment has taken place. We offer only single products, no packages.

Thanks for your repleys! I've attached the screenshot once again with translated text (german -> english). The article was not returned. This screen can be viewed right after a customer has placed an order. But not every order shows this error. It appears only sometimes and i have no clue what the reason is. As far as i can say the issue is related to product(s) / article(s). The difference in the sum is exactly the cost of an article (the article varies). The VAT is included in the article price because in germany you are forced to give the customer the VAT included prices. You can find screens like this via Main-Menu: "Orders" Select an order Scroll to end of the web-page of that order Other tips or guesses?

I don't think that it is tax related, because when i can see a difference than it is exact the price of one of the products. Anyway: i will doublecheck this one more time. Thanks! Any other tips?

Hi! I have a problem. In some cases Presta does not calc the sum price correctly of the articles that the customer bought. In the attachend screenshot you can see, that this is even in the backend documented. I have problems to reproduce this every time. But sometimes i can see that. I checked the related articles but i can see no reason. Sometime the same article is fine, sometimes not. I'am driving nuts on this Can someone guide me or supply a tip where to investigate further? Any help is highly appreciated Thanks!

Ganz merkwürdiges Phänomen: Kunde bestellt zwei Artikel. Einer von beiden wird ihm nicht berechnet, steht aber mit Preis auf der Rechnung (s. Bild). Ich kann im Aritkel Stammsatz nichts merkwürdiges feststellen. Ich konnte den Vorgang genau ein einziges Mal nachstellen. Der Benutzer hatte vorher noch nie was bestellt (bei meinem Test habe ich auch einen neuen angelegt). Ich habe das jetzt noch zwei, drei Mal versucht: es gelingt mir nicht den Fehler noch mal zu provozieren. Egal ob ich genau die Artikel nehme, die der Kunde hatte oder andere. Jemand einen Tipp wo ich forschen könnte? Danke!

Vielen Dank für den Tipp. Hätte ich schreiben müssen: ja, das hatte ich schon mal probiert. Ich kann das Formular aber trotzdem absenden. Auch ohne das "abzunicken". Ich habe Deinen Hinweis zum Anlass genommen, dass noch mal zu probieren. Manachmal steht man ja neben sich. Aber nein, das ist leider nicht die Lösung. Andere Tipps?

Hi! Ich habe im Kontaktformular einen Checkbox für das Abnicken der Datenschutzerklärung eingefügt. Soweit so einfach. Allerdings kann man das Formular auch abschicken ohne den Check-Mark zu setzen. Kann mir jemand einen Schubs geben, was ich tun muss, damit das nur mit Setzen des Hakens abschicken kann? Die anderen Felder im Formular wie Mail, Betreff und Nachricht prüft das Formular von Haus aus. Ich habe den Quelltext angepappt. Die Änderung ist ganz am Ende leicht zu finden. contact-form.zip

Wo kann ich den Standardtext der im ersten Post angesprochen wurde ändern? Ich weiss dass ich da schon mal dran rumgefummelt habe. Aber ich finden den nicht mehr :-( Habe den Post hier via Forensuche gefunden und denke die Frage passt hier her, obwohl ich nur einen Typo korregieren muss.
