Thanks for reply bellini13. I know that two are from live chat which is easy to be turn off, but do not know why other media files and resources are unsecure. Every file is from the same server and same website.

Hi everyone, I am using Prestashop 1.6.1 and I have problem with SSL certificate. My connection is not secured and instead of "Secured" in adress bar I got this message. When I click in firefox on that, it gives me this like this, like on photo below....but that are usual files...thanks in advance

I modified this files: /themes/default-bootstrap/default-bootstrap/modules/blockmyaccountfooter/blockmyaccountfooter.tpl and /themes/default-bootstrap/default-bootstrap/modules/blockmyaccount/blockmyaccount.tpl and removed links as I red on forum. Turned off cache and force recompile. But I don't see any change.

Hi everyone, Can You please help me how to remove "My vouchers" link from the My account section on homepage footer. I'm using default bootstrap theme, and removed link from module "blockmyaccount" but link "My vouchers" is appearing again. I turned cache off and forced decompile but it's not working. Hello everyone, I just imported users from old application to the Prestashop via CSV. After trying to log in, I got this error: New users are working, only imported can not log in. There is 1 error(s): Authentication failed Email and password are OK, I checked it. Also after I enter it in email and password field, box turn in to green and checked. Please, If anyone knows solutions. Thanks in advance.

Thanks Sershio for this idea. I tried it, saved it in excel format *.xlsx, and then convert it with online tool to *csv, but still no luck. It gives me the same result.

Hello everyone, First, I wish to say thanks to Presta developers who are giving such a great web shop to us. Also greetings to users community. I'm reading here great advices which are helping me a lot. Second, made this topic, because I have problem with CSV importing from Microsoft Excel. I downloaded example from my Presta store. Then I imported it in a few steps in my MS Excel: Blank document > Data > From Text > Delimited, UTF 8 > Next > Delimiters: " ; " (like it's in Presta, and also de-select other ones) and then finish. After pasting my clients in columns, I saved it in CSV (MS-Dos) format. When I import it in Prestashop, I got it in wrong order, like this one on attached screenshot: What am I doing wrong?
