I have my site mostly up and running, but there a few things that need doing that I decided id rather not spend my own time doing. Things such as, Item quantities not going down after a sale, no items showing up in back office order area even though items have been purchased and payed for and an invoice listing them can be printed via paypal. Im sure its a simple fix, but after a week of googling crap, and getting nothing, its time to let someone else get it done. I just want a store that works well, and all I need to do is add the items in it. Cheers.

Yes it also appears to be happening with Bank Wire. No items are showing up in the "product section: of the customer order in back office. The price is there, and is correct, but there are no items listed anywhere. And im pretty sure this is the reason my stock levels do not go down after a sale. Getting rather frustrated with this now......

Thanks for the reply. I have simple stock management enabled. I think the issue is being caused due to the items not showing up on invoices. The items are in the paypal side, and in the customers cart history, but when I go to look at the invoice in back office, there are no products listed. The price on the invoice is right, but there are no products.

I had a similar issue, and it was due to the paypal checkout button not working properly. Customers could make carts, but could not proceed to paypal to pay.

Hey guys/gals. I did some searching and could not find a clear answer to this, and Im hoping its something simple that Ive just overlooked. My stock levels do not update after a sale. So say I have 24 items in stock, and sold 4, the remaining quantity still says 24. Do I need to use Advanced stock management for it to change automatically? I just used "I want to specify available quantities manually" to enter the stock, but I figured it would still update after sales? Thanks in advance.

But if some of the items have say a quantity of 6, and others 4, and others 1, and I need to add 4 to each, not just set the total at 4.

Hi all. Was wondering what the easiest way was to bulk edit quantities? I will have to add a quantity of 4, to at least 150 items at a time. Just wondering what the simplest way to achieve this would be. Regards.

When a customer tries to make an account, they are unable to select any country besides United States. As Im based in Australia, and thats where my customers are, this makes it rather impossible to have a business. How do i go about changing this? Thanks in advance.

I was hoping to be able to leave the available quantities visable, and just get rid of that ugly banner that says "WARNING LAST ITEMS IN STOCK"

I wish to remove, or at least lower the amount that this warning comes up on. Id rather have it set to 3 or less. Failing that, I would like to be able to remove it altogether. Cheers.
