  1. Thank you so much. it worked I never had an idea that it is happening due to Chrome. I later notice that Save button was also acting as Save & Stay. I used Firefox and it resolve the issue.
  2. I am using 1.6.1.4 and I have a single shop setup. Never used multishop. I just noticed that after creating a duplicate copy of one of the product. I can make all changes but not Product Name. I tried many times but Product name stays same! I have been searching for solution - I found that people were having the same issues in 1.5 version Is this problem really not resolved until now when 1.6.1 is rollout or is it I doing something wrong? Please HELP!!!
  3. Hi All, About this topic I have been searching for hours but do not find until now any solution which worked. I wanted to add code snippet for live chat functionality from Zoopim. Which has to be placed in <head> tags. Is there any FREE Module for this purpose? I learned that header.tpl file of my theme can be directly edited. Which I did but immediately it stop loading my website by just giving following error: HTTP ERROR 500 as soon i removed the script it start loading. So it looks like editing header.tpl wont work! I wonder why? Please help! Thanks in advance.
  4. Posting on any such support forums is usually a very last thing that anyone do! I have started using Prestashop couple of months back. My working experience with other opensource web applications was around 6-7 years. But I really feel sorry that I am also facing same problem now... I am no more able to post a new topic. Where as I was able to post very few (i think 3-4) topics in last few months as a last hope for help after going through through search on google. When I found no good help on internet then it was the only possible way to seek help from community. At the moment I feel little disappointed that why? for what reason I am not able to post topic.
  5. Did try google. Most links pointing to upgrading 1.5 to 1.6, similarly have been googling on "Save button keep spinning" but no luck! Have used many opensource web applications most of the time such critical issues are found on first page of google when you start searching but feel sorry about PS that it is not the case.
  6. Few weeks back I installed Prestashop v 1.6.1.1 I am facing problem with keep spinning Save buttons on the admin product page. Someone told me that the latest release v.1.6.1.4 does not have this problem. Is there any automatic way to upgrade. I check my installed modules there is no such module exists which can auto update. Please help. This will really solve problems of many. As those SAVE buttons keep spinning problem is really a pain.
  7. Dear pxwee5 I am also new to Prestashop. I think I am facing similar problem! The combination prices (with impact increase in price) defined in currency Rs. work fines As long as the front page is browsed in same currency. Lets say Rs. 100 = US$ 1.0 (Conversion factor 0.0100) I defined following 4 combinations for any item Size1: Front page price to show Rs. 175 with Rs. 00 increment (showing US$ 1.75 which is correct) Size2: Front page price to show Rs. 250 with Rs. 75 increment (showing US$ 76.75 which is wrong) Size3: Front page price to show Rs. 350 with Rs. 175 increment (showing US$ 176.75 which is wrong) Size4: Front page price to show Rs. 590 with Rs. 415 increment (showing US$ 416.75 which is wrong) As you can see. It is adding the default currency difference as it is to the base converted US$ price when converting to US$. Actually it should have been following US$ prices $ 1.75 $ 2.50 $ 3.50 $ 5.90 Please can you help me understanding how to fix this bug?
  8. Thank you Dagorlad I have been able to change currency from the front end.
  9. I was using the latest version 1.6.1.0 (cloud deployment with default theme)
  10. Hello Bellini13, The visitor on front end is not able to change the currency. http://easycaptures.com/fs/uploaded/927/1633880078.jpg Where as you can see that I have able to add successfuly multiple currencies from backend. These currency options are showing up in currency selector menu but when I click to change other currency nothing happens it always kept the default currency. Thanks.
  11. Hi All, I am new to prestashop, I have working experience of different opensource CMS softwares. I have been able to add multiple currency options in backend very easily. Their ISO code / conversion factors perfectly added. However I am not able to change these currency formats from front end of the store. I have tried it on two browsers Chrome and Firefox I also tried browsing (Chrome) it from a remote computer in New Yourk with a newly installed Windows and Chrome. I tried after clearing cache and cookies But no success. I have a very new store setup and exploring features on prestashop store. Main reason to explore prestashop are its good options for Localization Currency / Country and language settings. I would really like to bring my store on prestashop if I am able to use these features. Kindly help. I believe this is very basic feature it should be working fine with no problem. I might be missing something. Can it be issue of the default theme? My shop is accessible on this link. http://simransinnan.pswebstore.com/ Thanks.
