Ok. Dachte es handelt sich eventuell um ein häufig vorkommendes Problem, dass einfach zwischen Prestashop und dem Google Analytics Modul besteht. Dann bleibt mir wohl nichts anderes übrige als Mal den Entwickler zu kontaktieren.

Hello everyone For our prestashop we are using the module good Google Analytics and Google Analytics API (v3.0 with OAuth 2.0) Event though we get at the back office of prestashop the message that everything is fine, I just lately realized that it isn't. The following I realized: 1. The statistic from prestashop shows completely different numbers then the google analytics. (see images attached). I assume that the statistics from prestashop are closer to reality cause at this time were running an add on Facebook and got according to FB statistics (Pixel) over 500 clicks. Now here comes in an other point that might be at the same time the issue for the difference: in google analytics the starting page as a bouncing rate of 100%. Which of course is impossible. It seems that somehow it's not possible to track where people are going on our site. And that google analytics is only able to show the numbers from people who get to our landing page. (image attached) Any ideas? Thanks a lot to anyone who take some time to read this and think about it. I appreciate it a lot. Philipp

Das weiss ich eben nicht. Ich meine, das Teil installiert sich ja selber. Habe das mit dem kostenlosen Modul gemacht. Weisst du wie ich das irgendwie überprüfen kann, ob es auch überall eingebunden ist?

Meiner Einschätzung nach, kann das nichts mit mobiler Freundlichkeit oder so zu tun haben. Ich hege die Vermutung, dass das Google Analytics Modul mit dem Theme nicht einwandfrei funktioniert. Deshalb auch 100% Absprungrate bei der Einstiegsseite. Was nichts anderes bedeutet, dass das Modul zwar den Besuch auf der Hauptseite erkennt, aber nicht nachverfolgt wie sich die Benutzer auf unserer Seite bewegen. Und das tun sie bestimmt.

Besten Dank für die Antwort. ich kann mir gut vorstellen, dass die PrestaShop Statistik nicht 100% genau ist, warum auch immer, aber doch um vieles genauer. Da wir an einem Tag 500 WebsiteClicks durch eine Werbung auf Facebook hatten. (Messung kommt also vom FacebookPixel). Dies erklärt den Besucheranstieg in der PrestaShop-Statistik. Auf Google-Analytics wird dieser gänzlich vermisst. In unserem Fall kann der Grund für die Absprungspate ja nicht wie in dem von dir geschilderten Beispiel liegen, da unsere Absprungsrate auf der Einstiegsseite bei 100% liegt. Wir erhalten aber ja regelmässig Bestellungen von ganz verschiedenen Produkten.

Hallo zusammen Da unser Webshop mehr und mehr Traffic hat, würde ich vermehrt auch tiefer in die Statistik schauen. Die Module Google Analytics und Google Analytics API haben wir seit Anfang installiert und bei der API verwenden wir v3.0 with OAuth 2.0, was soweit auch alles funktioniert. ​Nun habe ich aber zwei Probleme: 1. die Statistik von Prestashop Backoffice vs. Google Anaylitcs gehen weit auseinander. Die von Prestashop ist korrekt, da diese mit den gemessenen Aktionen mit dem Facbebookpixel bei einer Werbung auf Facebook eher hinkommt. ​Woran kann diese Abweichung liegen? 2. In Google-Analytics beim Punk Verhaltensfluss hat die Startseite 100% der Seitenabbrüche. Somit kann das Verhalten nicht weiterverfolgt werden. Hat das etwas mit dem Template zu tun? Salut Eleazar Vielen Dank, dass du deine Hilfe anbietest. Wir haben im Juli 2015 von einer anderen E-Commerce Plattform auf Prestashop gewechselt und alle Kunden übernommen. Auch mit meinem soeben eingerichteten Test-Account, besteht das genau gleich Problem. Presto-Shop Version: 1.6.0.9 Von daher nehme ich jetzt Mal an, dass es nicht an einem Update liegen kann. Hallo zusammen Wäre super wenn mir jemand bei folgendem Problem helfen könnte. Wenn jemand bei unserem Shop ein neues Passwort anfordert erhält er all die entsprechenden Emails, jedoch wird das zugesendete neue Passwort vom Shop nicht akzeptiert. Eine Ahnung woran das liegen könnte? Lieber Gruss Philipp

We recommend placing the code immediately before the closing </head> tag in your HTML. If your site has a global include file, such as a header.php, place the code there. Placing the code in the header isn't necessary, but will improve the quality of the events sent to Facebook.>> But I have no idea how I can find this pages..are this any of these? Is it in the theme files, where all the .tpl files are? I also was looking for models that can do that, but it seems that the modules only insert it on the main page. or am I wrong?
