Meta description : is the description that will define what your site is all about and when google's bot crawl the website it check the title and description . You can get it done by your content writer.

Canonical URL : A canonical link element is an HTML element that helps webmasters prevent duplicate content issues by specifying the "canonical", or "preferred", version of a web page.In other words, if you have a web page accessible by multiple URLs, or different pages with similar content then google can distant your site by it.

H1 Tags : this is an HTML tag that that contains the heading of a particular webpage. You need to contact the developer of your website for this .
