Ciao Haardware-store e grazie per aver risposto.
Il nostro sito è stato creato da una società esterna pubblicitaria che ha creato il tutto con WordPress e personalizzato grafica e alcuni moduli. Nella root principale, pertanto, c'è l'intero sito www.elettroforniturepadua.com
Il nostro Hosting offre un sottodominio di terzo livello incluso nell'abbonamento, quindi avevo deciso di fare quanto di seguito:
- Attivare il sottodominio di terzo livello chiamandolo shop.elettroforniturepadua.com
- Creare una cartella chiamata ecommerce sotto la root del sito principale
- Incollare il PrestaShop sotto la cartella creata e il gioco è fatto...
Purtroppo però ottengo l'errore menzionato. Tra l'altro il nostro Hosting non prevede alcuna procedura o attivazione per l'individuazione di eventuali errori e bug del sito.
Onestamente non so se continuare così o prendere un nuovo dominio interamente dedicato alll'ecommerce.
