nocliw
Good day guys! I am fairly new in Prestashop and so far I'm loving this opensource software. I have tried importing my CSV data and was successful but I just want to ask, does it really have a limit of 10 rows per import? The thing is, I've imported a CSV with about 30+ rows but in the back office, it just showed the 1st 10 rows of my product data. Is there a way to increase the limit? Thank you for your help! Here's the screenshot of my problem:
yvon38
Hello,You can easily import 1000 rows at a time, you should not do more because the download time on your server may be too short .....
CrystalPhoenix
When you do a .csv import, on the import screen you only see the first 10 rows of your file, but the rest is there. Once you change the column titles at the top to what you have in the columns, and click on "import .csv" at the bottom, the whole file will be imported. After the import, go to the Catalog tab and you will see all your products under the Category that you defined when you defined your columns. You will only see the first 30 or so, but there is a pagination symbol at the top of the list that will allow you to see the rest. Hope that helps! :-)
johngates
Hi everyone, I'm quite new on Prestashop and I'm experiencing some issues. When I try to import customers.csv, although I have 210 customers, in database appear only 204. After importing is done I receive a "Your .CSV file has been sucessfully imported into your shop." but 6 customers aren't in. Can someone help me out with this issue?
