Hello,
We recently upgraded our prestashop website to the 1.7.5 version. We got no problem during the installation, and upgraded our plugins with 1-click upgrade.
But then we started to get 500 server errors on backoffice modifications, as soon as we touch the cache or any "save" button, it crashes.
This is the error we get when we activate the debug mode :
