Protecting your files (cons code injections, worms etc. ..)

I'm thinking about setting up a system that is functional even on a shared host to protect your files against their changes by hackers.
I was recently the case with a client who has been injecting into its site prestashop ...
So it probably does not come prestashop ...

So once the system put in place,
A) you will be notified in near real time by email of the modification of files on your domain name
you have a copy of modified files so you can analyze them later
C) your original files are automatically restored
D) could possibly establish a restriction of access by country
D) opportunity to intervene in near real time to counter the threat (to block an IP address by checking your logs, etc. ..)

cons by the system does not protect your database against SQL injections and other .... it really protect your files
