Help with Shadow 2 1.4 theme

Hi Guys

I need some help for the Shadow 2 theme for prestashop 1.4. I am planing on upgrading to 1.4 but i need a theme before i will do that. For now i found shadow 2, that i liked and did some modifications to it, so suit my needs. So i am hoping some one here could help me with this, so i can be on my way.

1) The top box on the left corner i want gone. How can i do this?

2) I wish that the ad with "planet eclipse" fills out the empty space on the right side. (were the right column would be.

3) I would love to have 3 or 4 of the featured products to be on the same line, instead of just two.

If you go to my shop www.pbgear.no/shop i would like the theme to be a little bit more like that. Its the Matrice theme.
