Tax field for emails

Hi, I have configured the application, I installed 1.37 prestashop and works fine with the bank payment modules, that already have some time, like BBVA. I dont know if they work in the latest version with the hooks issue.

What I have nothing clear is whether it is possible in some of the emails, to include the appropriate field for VAT of an order, I tried for hours and I cant find the solution.

I'm sure some of you have this matter solved, I certainly have gone crazy, changing files, variables, but nothing.

Any help or suggestion would get me out from the problem, thanks in advance
