Various shipping costs

In my shop I sell products that have different weight (the idea is to separate the A-products up to 10kg, B-to 30kg). Each of them has to have the price of shipping suited to its weight (A or , except that if a customer ordered three products such as type B has to pay 3 times for shipping.
In addition, prices for shipments should include the national area - I have already set (eg price for a parcel to England to 10/30kg = 6 € / 10 €, and to Russia 10/30kg = 10 € / 17 €).

Does anyone of you has any idea how to set it up (maybe there is a module, whether or not paid, responsible for it)?
