Embroide Posted March 14, 2011 Share Posted March 14, 2011 I have been posting for over a week about Attributes, colour picker and now I am having problems with shipping. I have read every wiki every tutoial anything I can read to solve my problem 1. I have solved is my attributes but the other two I have not and I see other people on this forum are having the same shipping problems and no one has answered their post as well. Used to be very good, but now it's ignored by all the key people - including PS staff - who have posted themselves requesting information - which is duly given, but they then do not follow it through.As for you shipping query - can you point me to your thread? Embroide Posted March 14, 2011 Author Share Posted March 14, 2011 Hi Thank you for you reply it is so frustrating I am not techy but I know how to do stuff in the back office but being new I don't know this product to well. when I try to puchase a t-shirt on my website it come up that there is no carrier for this area it worked fine yesterday but not today the same as my colour picker it workd one day then they all went black the next day and trying to log in as a customer with a different email it won't take the password and says error I don't know what is going on but if you can help in anyway that would be great. you can check my website and see what I mean it is www.embroideredflagsnmore.comThanks so much Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Ideally I would like to look at your back office - not a lot I can see from the front office to be honest to shed light on the problem of shipping - colour picker not had to use before, but I dont mind looking at that too. If you are happy to - maybe a temp user could be setup for me to look at - PM if you want me to take a look - if you dont feel comfortable with that, I can give you access to my test shop and I can show you the setup there.PS - Your logo is huge - it takes a lot of space up - may want to look at that Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
