Spent a lot of time but the available themes amount is too large to choose from. Please advise me a theme will allow me the following

+ frozen top menu with search box, languages, shopping cart and optional wish-list 
+ sub-menu with sort order 
+ left sidebar (frozen from vertical scroll) with categories, different filtering options, some pre-selected goods widget like bestsellers, new arrivals and so on
+ customize-able product grid (choose the element size, rows, columns)
+ product pages with long description, more images and some related products (automatically offered)
+ multiple languages
 

I have zero experience unfortunately and probably can not make reasonable choice myself.
