echonetic Posted March 4, 2011 Share Posted March 4, 2011 Log in to your hosting account via ftp and depending on the ftp client you are using you can right click on the folder or find permissions in the drop down menu and change the permission to 777. it is not done via prestashop back office it is via you web server hosting account Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
