add260 Posted March 2, 2011 Share Posted March 2, 2011 Was working for hours on my PS shop, and all was going well until my Free RumahBatik Theme 1.3.1 version went bizerk!! . I have somehow lost the ability to add ATTRIBUTES, COMBINATION, ATTACHMENTS, ETC... when inputting a new product. Before the problem i had about 6 tabs that allowed me to add info for a new product. The only tabs i can use NOW for a new product -are the INFO & IMAGES tab but nothing else. What happened??? (see attached image)I also had my Home tabs showing a drop down menu which allowed customers to click on a main tab, and see the subcategories underneath it (via clicking on a little arrow). Now i cant get that again. I cant remember how i did it in the first place...can anyone help with these questions? Did i somehow uncheck a box in my backoffice that caused all these problems? is there a glitch in the system ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
