Hola acabo de responderle a otro colega que ha tenido el mismo problema que tu. Yo tambien soy nuevo usuario pero he tenido el mismo problema hoy.

Es en ingles, si no entiendes te lo traducire (mi teclado es frances sin acentos) :

I got today this problem, try first to clear the cache, and check if it works. If not search the cleaner module from Prestashop and "take care" clean your Prestashop but ONLY verify and repair in "Functional integrity constraint" and clean and optimize your database in "clean your database", I don't know if it's exactly thoses sentences, my Prestashop is in french. Clear your cache and check. For me it works.
