problem attribute

Hi, I have a problem with the attributes.

When I want to make a attribute by a product. Then everything is going well. But the system doesn’t refresh the page. This is olso when I delete a attribute. In the view the attribute is still there.

When I want to make changes to a attribute. I got the error messages:

minimal one attribute required

I donn’t know if anything to do with this. But I have Javascript error

ecotaxTaxRate is not defined
return getEcotaxTaxIncluded() / (1 + ecotaxTaxRate);

is there somebody who knows the problem and probely has a solution.
