Discount code for free shipping and percentage off order

Is there a way to offer a discount code that includes free shipping + percentage OFF at the same time?
in the back office you can select only three options for discount codes, free shipping, percentage off or a fixed value.
I need to offer customers say 10% OFF plus Free shipping, all in the same discount code.

I've searched the same information on french posts, and the conclusion was that original prestashop didn't know how to do a discount based on the hole cart value.
There is any module about that

hello,

it would be possible, but it must be difficult and expensive.

Just have a look to a module called "gift on order" on "pretashop addons".
You will se that oleacorner. com sells an interesting module: I think this is the only one which knows how to read the cart, and how to interfere in it to add a free product
So you could imagine that it would be easy (for oleacorner, of course !) to add a discount or everything else in your cart.

But before doing it, just considere that the price is expensive (190 € for the module), that you will have to modify it, and that you can't download it like a simple module, because the "heart" of prestashop has to be modified.

My personal conclusion is that can't do it alone, but, if this would be really necessary, i'd ask for it to a professional technician, and then it could become possible.
