It is successful, but when i view the product details purchased, it shows everything BUT the PRODUCT (please refer attachment)..also when i view the INVOICE (PDF) it shows only the shipping value, and the PRODUCT details & the Product Price is not shown... please help. No and I'm really disaoppointed that Prestashop don't provide a reply either. This has been mentioned numerous times in the forums and no fix. However you said in your email to me, "Hi...i think i solved this matter simply by just Disabling Invoices @ ORDERS > INVOICES, and Re-enabling it again.. and it worked ! Please do try it ...". Chaslie Posted December 1, 2011 Share Posted December 1, 2011 Invoice not showing Product details - PrestaShop Version 1.3.6.0 I am furious with PrestaShop that they are not responding to the many users who are experiencing this problem. I have a client with this problem and it makes me look bad in that a fix is not being provided. If there is one thing that really annoys people it's lack ob basic interest and basic customer service. PrestaShop have known about this for the last 2 years and still no input/fix. I would not recommened this product to anyone. There have even been other users saying they will pay to have the problem fixed. Well I am one of them also but this seems to fall on deaf ears. We put some much time in setting up this product and adding inventory only to find a problem that is significant. I am a very disappointed user.
