[REQUEST] Mock-up approval & easy re-order module. Looking for quotes.

Hello,

I'm preparing a new business and using Prestashop as my eCommerce side.

The site is going to sell custom products so the customer will be uploading their logo as well as names and titles of employees.

What I need first is a way for me to send a mock-up of the design to my customer, who can then easily approve or reject a mock-up, and also submit comments with changes of the design.

So it would flow like this:

1. Customer orders, uploads logo and names.

2. I create a mockup of the design, upload a .jpg of the design back through PS along with any comments or clarification I need from customer (for instance to notify them that their artwork is not good quality). The status of the order would change to something like "Awaiting mock-up approval".

3. The customer is sent an email with a link to click on to see their mock-up and are presented with a screen where they can either approve or reject the design, and submit comments as well.

4. I'm notified by email that the customer either approved or rejected the design. If approved the order status is changed to something like "Awaiting production". If rejected, I'm notified and can submit another mock-up and the process starts over.

Secondly, I'd like customers to be able to easily re-order their custom designed product without having to submit their logo and information again.

I've thought of simply creating a "re-order" product and simply have them enter a code in a textbox that I would generate manually that I could identify internally with their design. Or creating a new product just for them, but I don't k now if there is a way to restrict it so that only they could see that product.

Ideally I'd like to have a way where they could see the mock-up of their item that was last approved so they can see what they are ordering, but the internal code generation is probably the easiest and cheapest way to do it. Open to ideas here.

So anyway, I'm looking for quotes on this project. I am just getting started in this business and have a lot of other start-up costs so my budget is relatively small, but I'm willing to make an investment for the right solution if it really provides a good benefit over simply emailing back and forth with the customer outside of the actual ordering process.
