Bonek092 Posted October 11, 2018 Share Posted October 11, 2018 Welcome back, I have a problem with the BackOffice comiesieczni.pl (Presta 1.6.1.18). Well, the login page to the panel and the very transition to the main dashboard with statistics takes a very long time. Later, moving around the rest of the tabs is done efficiently. What I managed to do myself: Clearing the smarty / cache and smarty / compile folder via SSH, Clearing the cache through the "Performance" tab in the BO, Change the protection_addons variable in the tools.php file to "false". Contact with server support - the service stated that the server is working fine. Unfortunately, the problem did not stop. What else can I do ? Bonek092 Posted October 11, 2018 Author Share Posted October 11, 2018 Problem solved. The support server just wrote to me with just a request to disable the gamification module.
