Laszlo Posted October 3, 2018 Share Posted October 3, 2018 Hello, We launched a store and we realized a serious bug in the checkout process in 1.7. It is on randomly. When customers fill the form in the 1st step and want to go to the 2nd step the form save the dates in the admin, but the datas are disappear in the 2nd form (like: name, title...) When we click back to the 1st step all the forms are empty and don't show what we typed in. When this bug happens the process are running false like: - at the delivery: Unfortunately there are no carriers available for your address - at the end: The payment method is not available. Rolige Posted October 4, 2018 Share Posted October 4, 2018 I think you have installed a custom theme, try changing to the default, clear all cache and test again. The problem should be your theme that is not fully compatible. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
