pblanc Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 Hi thereI have a problem with the paypal module :I have an error message from paypal saying that I have to use anonther card.I saw that this pb could come from a bad URL in the module. but the url seems okAnother reason would be that the card is linked to a paypal account, but this is not the case.I use Prestashop 1.3.6Can someone helps me ? Robert G. Posted January 31, 2011 Share Posted January 31, 2011 This has nothing to do with PrestaShop, but rather the card you used.In order of importance, I would:1. Do what it says: use a different card.2. If that's not possible, double, no, triple-check it's not a debit card masking as a creditcard (use the first 6 digits of the card number and do a BIN lookup.3. If it's Visa Electron, ensure internet payments are allowed on the card. This may have to be enabled by the bank (this was the case for my Visa Electron card, for example.)4.
