Product List broken in Back End

One day I logged on and the product list was displayed correctly in the Back End.... and the next it wasn't.... all I get now is a number being displayed where the product titles should be.

It's odd because the Front End still displays correctly....

I would love some insight into what's happening here... or,... perhaps you want to make some money and I can pay you to fix one more problem in my life.
