SOLVED - Price - taxes included?

Hello,

I use the Prestashop V.1.3.6!
All is working fine, apart the taxes. When users are not logged in, it shows me the price without taxes. I'm in italy, so I need to show the price with taxes, where can I fix this problem?

I already googled but I didn't find any solution!

Did you go to back Office -> Payment -> Taxes ?

yes, I added the taxes (for Italy it's 20% of VAT)

as you see
the price should be 10.00 Euro! and not 8,33
really strange,

If I'm logged in, I can see the price tax included.

I checked the template & it looks like this:

You have to set the Shop country to Italy.

I am not sure if this change can be made in BO, but you can change it in database - configuration table - PS_COUNTRY_DEFAULT (Italy is number 10 with default settings).

Please also make sure the Default customer Group has "Price display method" set to "Tax included" (BO - Customers - Groups)
