[SOLVED] Why is my product text sometimes to the right of a product and sometimes underneath it?

Hi,

Why is my product text sometimes to the right of a product and sometimes underneath it? Even in items I have used the duplicate item function and pasted new data into the back office for short description yet sometimes the product name and short description appears under the item image and not to the right where it seems to be correct?

By default it seems all items name and short description appear on the right side of the image which is fine. Now after entering many items some seem to put the text at the bottom which when viewed in the store make the view button not able to be seen and the store doesn't look right with text for all products on the right side with a few at the bottom.

Please help!

You need to set the align thing in the editor, when you insert the picture, if you are inserting an image into the bosdy of the text.
When you click the insert/edit image icon a box will come up where you enter the image url, image description etc.
The box should have three tabs at the top.
Click the apperance tab and you will be able to set the alignment of the image and text.

Thank you for the reply but my text orientation is not in the body of text with added imaged entered through TinyMCE. I enter a product name for example and it appears below the image on some items as opposed to on the right of it when entering a product cover and viewing the items in their category view. That is my problem.

Every other item in my store has the product name and short description appearing to the right except for a few items and I need them all to look the same. Also on those items with it appearing below the view item button sometimes shifts beyond the view of where it can even be seen in my store. I have been looking at everything for hours now and think ti has something to do with my theme or I am missing some setting in the BO the way I am entering the item.

What is really strange is that I duplicated a correctly formatted item and just enter the new product name and cover image yet it still appears on the bottom.

Strange but what seems to have solved this is how long the first word is in my Product Name. Not sure if this is the proper fix or what the reasoning is behind why it does this? Maybe my theme is causing this type of formatting but for now at least I have a work around.

Hope this helps anyone else who comes across this.

Also the short description seems to be moving my View button for each product so I will have to edit these as well.

Hope this helps someone else in the future or maybe I can figure out why my theme seems to cause this. Maybe I need to rewrite some of my theme code.
