terrytoledo Posted January 26, 2011 Share Posted January 26, 2011 SCENARIO: When a customer tries to download a 500MB file, my hosting plan cannot allocate enough RAM to Prestashop and the download fails. I will ultimately be selling high quality video files weighing in around 4-5 GIG.QUESTION: If I purchase an expensive hosting plan with burstable RAM, will Prestashop be able to handle a product file this size?
