ChrisU2R
I've recently purchased the module belowhttp://addons.prestashop.com/en/comparison-shopping-prestashop/1615-google-shopping.htmlFor £100, no documentation was provided with this module, 2 support email requests were sent without response and the installation of the module when applied generates excessive server load on the product.php which has led to my service provider closing my shop until the cause was established. My shop being closed due to an 'expensive' official module with NO SUPPORT WHATSOEVER either by way of instructions or email support is not acceptable.I would tolerate/accept this if the product was open source or free but not when I'm paying for it.As this is an official prestashop team coded module I think it is appropriate that they wake up and smell the coffee as their business model must be based on sales of premium modules or themes. If this service is not forthcoming, prestashop is in for a rough ride.

DevNet
Is that your request relates to a real problem of the module, or a problem with its integration into your web store ?
ChrisU2R
It's a problem with the architecture of the module, in terms of how it uses the product.phpI'm not a coder but I'm guessing the module uses the product.php to generate the detail that's submitted to google - this process has resulted in my web host disabling product.php as it was generating 'excessive server load' - This is on shared hosting and would probably be tolerable on a vps or dedicated server.I will need to find a module that uses a different process and check with with my host that it produces acceptable server load.In addition, there is no documentation proving a feed url to add to the google merchant centre. ChrisU2R
Still nothing back from Presta Shop - This is not very good at all.Has anyone else had support or communications issues with the PrestaShop? I've not tried phoning them yet as I don't want to add the expense of an international call. - Time to send another email ...
