Import function problems -- Customers/Addresses, Categories / Products

Hi

I'm wondering if there is a detailed guide somewhere with regards to how to upload and import properly?

I keep getting long list of error messages when just trying out customers/addresses import.. I checked for Customers table, no empty cells (I use excel btw to create the csv)

Please enlighten with your expertise.. just don't really understand why I just can't get things to work..


Have not even tried the products import..... its gonna be a few crazy days trying to solve this..

11. Country -> need_identification_number is empty
