Image Slider module not showing uploaded image

Hi,

Firstly let me just confirm that I'm no computer geek & I'm brand new to Prestashop. I've been paying for outsourced work to make changes I needed to the theme I purchased & also making some changes myself, however I'm now looking to make some final ones myself.

Please could someone assist with the below;

I'm trying to configure the "image slider" module from the theme images to testing some which I may want on my site. However I've had an image made to the correct pixel size (1200 x 512) & in a png format. However the image is not showing. As shown on pdf attached. 

Anyone which can offer some assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure if there is anyone out there who would be happy to take on my queries as I have a few others also

Is this the image slider v.3.0.0 module ? If not try to first before doing anything with the code uninstall the module and reinstall that might help. Sounds like a simple fix but try that before getting too deep into anything else.
