Can anyone assist please please?

We seem to be locked out of the Back Office - have tried resetting passwords both from front end and through PHP but in each case it gives me 'Employee doesn't exist/change password'

Is there a Prestashop 'ninja' who can assist please? Happy to provide FTP details if it helps.

if it says 'employee doesn't exist' you must be using the wrong email address.... ?

Hi,

Do you have DB access (phpMyAdmin)?

Kindly login into the DB using phpMyAdmin (Or similar tool) & check the employee table. In the employee table, look for email column to find out the back office account email.

After that, to reset the password, you can use the back office forgot password functionality.

Knowband plugins - thanks, i reset via PHP and it's now giving me the white screen/500 error that seems to be quite common on 1.6.1.20 if you add modules - I've disabled a couple and now trying to find out how i change the memory on the PHP.INI file which seems to be hidden.

Check the server log for errors (Details of 500 error can be found only in the server error log).

I have this constantly - have 5 different logins and sometimes can find one to work.  Usual workaround is to remove the https and login not ideal but it works

Delete the autoupgrade folder & check again (ensure to take the backup of the folder before deleting the same).
