Order Not Being Recorded over the database

Can some1 pls. help me.

I am having this troble with prestashop 1.3.2.3

Everytime I get a sale I receive an email from paypal however I the sale does not get recorded over the orders database.

Meaning every sale I have to contact the customer, because all the products on my store have combinations such as: color and size and I the email from paypal shows all the colors and all the sizes.

how to fix prestashop to record the whole order so I dont have to contact the customer and place the order quicker so they receive the order in time.
