Sundar Posted April 24, 2011 Share Posted April 24, 2011 Greetings,After numerous analysis and technical discussion I have solved it finally.The said problem can be solved as below.1. Tell your Hosting Service provider to increase the Query length to 1024bytes as many service provider will limit this to 256\512bytes . For your information in Prestashop the Return URL from the secure payment (paypal\Google Checkout\EBS\ or any payment gateway) will pass the billing & Delivery address to the Return URL which will be more than 800bytes and Hosting Service provider will limit this.2. If there is no positive reply from your Hosting Service provider then change the setting in the control panel of your payment gateway (normally will be under Setting menu) set the below option to "No"Response PreferenceDo you want Billing & Delivery information in response Set to "No"In this case it will pass only the Order ID which will be 80 to 100bytes and it is enough to get the record updated in your Order table with complete detail.Hope it will help to solve it.Best Regards,B.
