Probelm with currency rounding up on Orders and Invoices

Hello, 1st time posting, I am having a problem, in my orders and invoices, it is only showing dollars, no cents come up. How can I fix it so that, on the orders and invoices it will show the exact amount?
ie, it shows up as $45, when the order was really $44.85.
ie, it shows up as $36, when the order was really $36.28.
If anyone knows the solution or has any ideas please let me know.

Also I am getting an error saying "Warning: $20 paid instead of $20 !", if you know what can be done for that as well please let me know.
