Ajax search automatically disables in backend

Hi guys,

I have a really weird problem in Presta 1.3.3.0.
I freshly installed everything and I want to enable the ajax search, so examples get shown while typing in the search.

When I go to the backend and click to "preferences" and then "Search" I can simply say "Ja" (Dutch) for enabling the AJAX-search functionality.
After saving this settings, it remember it savings though! When I click on the "search"-settings again, the "Ajax search" tells me that it is enabled ("Nee"), while I just configured it should be enabled.

Does anyone recognize this problem and has a solution for this?
