mattress Posted December 1, 2010 Share Posted December 1, 2010 Hi, it seems that the dropdown menu to update order status in my back office 'Orders' tab is missing... !Does anyone have any ideas why this could have happened and maybe how to fix it?I've attached a screenshot of my shop and the Prestashop demo, my site is running version 1.3.2 on a Linux server which i've recently changed over from Windows. It was there during the recent installation and integration with a third-party cart but now it's simply gone! Can anyone give some 1,2,3, direction on this? Many thanks. I have the same annoying problem with version 1.3.2.3 and would much like to hear your news. I do not consider the problem "solved". Hi.. will appreciate knowing 1) Did you reinstall the same template - or did you need to upgrade? 2) Is there some kind of automatic transfer or must I work with each individual picture and product?
