configuring product page with product in single line

i have a website with prestashop. In that i need to configure a custom page of products with out photo or details.
how can i do that.all other pages should work with the default product display options.

Can i have different productlist.tpl for different pages.

normal productlist.tpl for main pages with picture

and modified product list.tpl for the subpage where i dont want picture will it works ?

i don't have much coding idea in PHP
