PaypalAPI 1.0 Getting Authorization Failed

Hello, I hope some one here can help me.

I have a prestashop site and I am ready to go live; but there is one problem, the PaypalAPI 1.0 is giving me problem. When I test to check out the product, I get an Authorization Failed but no Error number like what Paypal people was asking and what they noticed is that there a 4 digit under AMT which they think is causing the problem.. Please attached image. I have used the same prestashop 1.3.1 installation on another project and use the same PaypalAPI 1.0 and it is working.

I could not figure out what cause it to submit a 4 digit which is supposed to be 2 digit on a working PaypalAPI. Does any one has the same problem or solution. Please help, this is the only thing that is holding this project.
