We had orders coming in just fine, then our client said they wanted the order/invoice number to start at a higher number rather than 000004 etc. So we changed the last order ID to 32456 and now any new order that comes in we get notified by email that an order has been received, but it no longer shows up in the orders tab. When you go to customer you select the new customer and it displays the order but says Valid orders 0 and the status is awaiting bank wire? What do we need to do now to fix this please? So far we have tried setting the order id back to the lower number, tried uninstalling authorize.net which we paid for the premium module and just cant seem to figure it out. http://screencast.com/t/pxphGekrsT = link to screen shot of customer page. http://www.saiphs.com is the website we are working on. Really would appreciate some help - I often assist others when I figure out a problem myself but we are new to Prestastore and normally use virtuemart etc. Thanks in advance.
