Sciamano Posted November 19, 2008 Share Posted November 19, 2008 Hi, the following problem occurs when I try to set a new account password after I've forgotten the original one.After clicking on "forgot password?", I insert my email address and receive a random password.I then login with this password, but if I go to my account details to change it, I receive the following error message:"There is 1 error : 1. your current password is not that one"Any suggestions? MrMcQ Posted November 9, 2010 Share Posted November 9, 2010 I know this was a while ago, but did you ever end up solving this problem?? I'm experiencing the same thing, even though I tried clearing the customer users and passwords DIRECTLY from the database, its STILL saying customer email has already been used, or once in a new registration account, it won't let me change the password...or even set the NEW one for that matter.
