A couple of queries about version 1.4, possible bugs

Before I raise a bug report I wondered if anyone else is suffering similar problems to me during the testing of 1.4. If I install a complete new version it all seems to work but if I do an upgrade from 1.3.1.1 I cannot get the CMS sub tab in Preferences to display anything, also the Stores tab does not appear in the BO even though the module appears in the FO and shows as installed. I have tried re-installing the module as this fixed a few other weird quirks with other modules but have got no where.

Also does the title of the CMS block is now a link that takes me to a non existent page no matter what I try in teh BO.

Any info most welcome before I raise a couple of bug reports.
