Kelvin Ong Posted November 12, 2010 Share Posted November 12, 2010 Hi,I've received an email from back office / service as below:-DCL QSHE is out of stockIndeed, the breaking out of stock of 3 has been exceeded.Remaining stock: 0You are advised to open the product's admin Product Page in order to replenish your inventory.Originally this item start with 100 units, and become 99 units balance after 1 sales. I've checked at the backend as well as frontend, both are showing correct quantity which is 99.Can someone please let me know why I receive this email in error. Maybe you have more than 1 product with the same name.Go to catalog tab and order products by quantity in ascending order. Then look at the products with lowest count (possibly 0).
